- Basis of Advice — All strategic advice and recommendations are provided based on the information you share.
- No Guarantees — RebootIT.cloud does not provide warranties, guarantees, or assurances regarding specific outcomes, success, or financial performance resulting from the use of its services or materials.
- Client Responsibility — The implementation, interpretation, and application of any advice or guidance remains solely the responsibility of the MSP or organization receiving it.
- No Direct Control — RebootIT.cloud has no direct influence or control over how MSPs act on the information or frameworks discussed during any engagement.
- Nature of Services — Consulting is provided “as‑is” and should be evaluated by the client in the context of their own business, market, and compliance environment.
- Purpose — Services (including Reboot Sessions, resources, and recommendations) are designed to support business transformation and growth.
- Best Effort — We offer best‑effort strategic insight based on experience and current industry understanding.
3. Confidentiality
- Any business or operational information you share with us during sessions or interactions is handled with strict confidentiality.
- We will not share, publish, or reuse your data without explicit permission.
- If you require a formal Non‑Disclosure Agreement (NDA), we are happy to accommodate.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on RebootIT.cloud — including guides, downloads, branding, and text — is the intellectual property of RebootIT.cloud unless otherwise credited.
- You may download and use resources for your personal or business use.
- You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share any materials without permission.
5. Payment and Refund Policy

- All fees will be clearly listed at the time of booking or purchase.

- Refunds are considered on a case‑by‑case basis and may be issued at our discretion.
- No refunds are provided when the MSP decides to cancel a meeting — you are welcome to reschedule.
- If RebootIT.cloud needs to cancel a meeting due to unforeseen circumstances, the meeting can be rescheduled or a refund may be issued.
- Payments processed via PayPal are subject to PayPal’s Terms of Service. By completing a transaction through PayPal, you agree to comply with their terms and policies.
